What better way to spend International Women’s Day than inspiring and empowering women? I had the pleasure of spending International Women's Day with the remarkable women of Sagoma Construction, Lombard Odier Group, Private Trust Corporation and BRON Intl. At each session, we indulged in transparent and authentic conversations about our experiences, lessons learned, and the path to becoming UNSTOPPABLE.
Women are truly superhuman, defying odds and pushing boundaries every day, and self-awareness is one of our greatest assets. Self-awareness requires us to understand who and whose we are, our fundamental WHY, where we are, and where we need to be. Our path to becoming unstoppable must begin with us refusing to compare ourselves to others and fleeing our negative self-beliefs.

A wonderful Organizational Skills and Time Management workshop with the team at Deltec Fund Services. One of the huge takeaways was the importance of “strategic renewal” - that essential but often neglected practice of taking a break to recharge, refuel and reset - aka lunch breaks and vacations! Strategic renewal is every leader’s best friend.

For this project, we helped this organisation onboard its new slate of officers by providing them with leadership training. Through thought-provoking and transparent discussions, we were able to transform the board's leadership and growth capacity.
