About the event
Live2Lead Bahamas Youth, hosted by Hephzibah HR Training and Development, is a transformative leadership conference designed to inspire and equip high school students across The Bahamas.
Founded by CEO Patrice G. Taylor in January 2025, this free, purpose-driven event combines live and virtual presentations from globally recognized leaders like John Maxwell via simulcast and impactful local voices such as Aneka Beneby, a successful Portfolio Manager at CFA in the UK, Philip Simon, a Bahamian business and land development executive from Royal Caribbean International, and many more!
Focused on personal growth, civic responsibility, and community engagement, the conference empowers young leaders to embrace integrity, resilience, and service. The next Live2Lead Bahamas Youth will take place on October 24, 2025, from 10:00 am - 3:00 pm, under the theme "YOUth! Born to Lead ... Called to Serve."
