Dr. R. Kenneth Romer is the Deputy Director General of Tourism and Acting Director of Aviation for The Bahamas Ministry of Tourism, Investments & Aviation. With over 25 years of leadership experience across aviation, tourism, and education, he has held executive roles in both the public and private sectors throughout The Bahamas, the UK, Europe, the U.S., and the Caribbean. Dr. Romer holds a doctorate in Leadership and Organizational Management and is a certified John C. Maxwell coach and FAA-licensed pilot.

Adderley is a licensed clinical psychologist and Assistant Professor at the University of The Bahamas, specializing in employee assistance programs, adolescent risk behaviors, and mental health education. Dr. Tanya McCartney is a UK-trained barrister, chartered banker, and certified anti-money laundering specialist with over 25 years of experience in law, banking, and regulatory compliance. She served as CEO and Executive Director of the Bahamas Financial Services Board from 2016 until the end of 2023, and is currently an assistant professor of law at the University of The Bahamas. Dr. McCartney also leads GEM Management & Advisory Services Ltd. and holds leadership roles in various public sector boards and professional organizations, including the Bahamas Chapter of the Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialists.

​Dr. Aubynette Rolle is the Managing Director of the Public Hospitals Authority (PHA) in The Bahamas, bringing over 30 years of experience in healthcare and legal practice. Beginning her career as a registered nurse and midwife, she later earned a Master Certificate in Healthcare Leadership from Cornell University and became a licensed attorney. Dr. Rolle is recognized for her leadership in patient safety, quality improvement, and healthcare policy, including her participation in global health initiatives such as the World Health Organization’s Immunization Agenda 2030.
